Commercial registration, business license, chamber membership and tax number if available.

Membership details
Membership type, branch, committees of interest, reasons for joining and business interests.

Payment receipt
Payment method, receipt number, date, amount and receipt image for employee review.

Review and submit
Review all data and documents, accept the privacy policy and terms, then submit.
